2. What data we collect
- Name and phone number — to identify you and contact your driver.
- Email address — for booking confirmation and OTP verification.
- Pickup and destination addresses — to calculate route and price.
- Trip date and time — to schedule your transfer.
- Payment information — processed by Stripe (we never store card data).
- IP address and browser data — automatically collected for security.
3. How we use your data
- To process and confirm your booking.
- To send booking confirmation and cancellation emails.
- To notify your driver via Telegram.
- To process online payments via Stripe.
- To improve our service.
4. Third-party services

- Supabase — secure database hosting (EU region).
- Telegram — driver notifications.
- Vercel — website hosting.
5. Data retention
We store booking data for 24 months after the trip date. Email addresses are retained as long as you have active bookings. You may request deletion at any time.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
