Terms of Service

EasyTransfer provides private taxi and transfer services in Kraków and across Poland. By booking a transfer through our website, you agree to these terms.

• Bookings must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.
• Email verification is required to confirm every booking.
• You will receive a confirmation email with booking details and a cancellation link.
• Prices are fixed and shown before you confirm the booking.

• Online payment: charged immediately via Stripe. Secure card processing.
• Cash / card to driver: payment made directly to the driver at the end of the trip.
• All prices include VAT where applicable.
• For online bookings, the charge appears as "EasyTransfer" on your statement.

• You may cancel for free up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
• To cancel, use the cancellation link in your confirmation email.
• Online payment refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

• All drivers are professional and verified.
• The driver will contact you by phone before pickup.
• In the event of a delay, the driver will notify you as early as possible.
• We reserve the right to substitute an equivalent vehicle if necessary.

• Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
• Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.
• Maximum passengers per vehicle: Standard — 3, Comfort — 3, XL — 6.
• Child seats are available on request (mention in booking comment).

For destinations outside our standard service area (>35 km from Kraków center with pickup also outside the area), we will redirect you to WhatsApp for a custom quote.

EasyTransfer is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.

These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kraków, Poland.
